Devpro official! And, tournament

We are officially on Devpro! For celebration we will have a tournament on September 3rd. The tournament will include commentary, direct streaming to youtube, separate and individual rounds, and have very special rules. The preliminaries will be 2/3 matches with the current August established banlist, while the semi-finals will be 3/5 matches on the same list. However, the finals will be 2/3 matches with the BlackFlame custom banlist. The winner will have a special prize with the option to duel Lucifer for the potential of a "double prize."
